I am a highly-commended travel journalist whose work has appeared in BBC Sky At Night, CATALYST PLANET, Backpacker Travel and many more.
Since my first solo adventure at just 18 years old, I became hooked by travel and the nuances of the world. From sleeper trains through the steppes of Uzbekistan to flour fights in the chaos of Colombian carnival, my far-reaching travels have taught me just how culturally rich our planet is.
Through my writing, I aim to share the true nature of our many misunderstood corners of the globe, subverting preconceptions and inspiring readers. Readers have told me they can feel my passion seeping through my sentences.

My main focus is writing in-depth travel features that share lesser-known stories from all corners of the globe. From the pungent cheddar caves just minutes from my hometown, to being engulfed by smoke in the depths of Indonesia's most dangerous volcanic crater, my immersive storytelling has been described as 'beautifully capturing the magic' of a place.

Eva works as a copywriter crafting engaging copy for travel sites and businesses, from guide pages for specialist expedition cruise companies to detailed itineraries for Galapagos travel agencies. Incorporating SEO strategies to generate traffic, her copy helps brands go further. She is also experienced in simple web design.
